These tire MFG need to step up and build tires for GT1 and Dirt Late Model cars racer of these cars have very limited choices. These cars are buggy based race cars.
You’re right, manufacturers are mainly producing tires for buggy and truggy and now for 1/10 SC trucks.
They have left many segments of the industry and this unfortunately includes GT1 and dirt late models.
What about Losi tires? They came out with their super soft (green) compound tires, have all the major treads along with teir ‘Digits’ tires coming out soon.
Yes, Losi, HB and many others car manufacturers have great tires but we wanted to list only major tire manufactures.
The perferred tire manufacturer that I use is not on your list. VP-Pro-Usa all they way
Chris i raced the Losi tire and they are ok if everyboby has to race them they are ok but the tire that is prefered is the Losi GRP tire they perform much better in all situations (Loamy hardpack loose pack). The new Losi tire IMHO the insert is too soft and I would really like to build my own tires instead of ready to run,If they unglue it’s my fault. I wish proline had made there new street trac tire in much lower profile! Any tire for DLM or GT1 beed to be under 4.0″ total Dia.(really 3.90″ is required)but proline made there new tire 4.25″ un-raceable.
