2011 Mack Trucks Short Course Titles
The Top End Short Course Titles is a 2 night Control Class Qualifying / Finals event.
EP 1/8 Buggy and Nitro Buggy classes are included as support classes (formats to be determined).
Short Course Truck Format:
6 x 5 minute Qualifying Rounds – Best 5 Rounds Count for Top Qualifier – Staggered Start
13 Car Finals – Top 13 Qualifiers into A Final
A, B, C Finals – 3 Leg – 6 minutes each, all count.
Trophies to be awarded for A Final Top 3 and TQ.
Certificates awarded to Top 3 in lower finals.
Starts and Grid Positions:
Staggered Rolling Start will be used for Qualifying (Each driver starts their own time clock, when passing over the loop, when active)
Finals are Grid Starts, Grids are based on Qualifying results for the first of leg of Final, following legs are based on Finals Points positions.

Friday 19th
5.00pm to 6.00pm: Driver Book in – Scrutineering
6.00pm to 6.45pm: Controlled Practice
6.45pm to 7.00pm: Drivers Briefing
7.00pm to 8.00pm: Round 1 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
8.15pm to 9.00pm: Round 2 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
9.15pm to 10.00pm: Round 3 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
10.15pm to 11.00pm: Round 4 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
Saturday 20th
6.00pm to 6.15pm: Drivers Briefing
6.15pm to 7.00pm: Round 5 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
7.15pm to 7.45pm: Round 6 Qualifying + Nitro & EP Buggy Heats
8.00pm to 8.45pm: Finals – First leg
9.00pm to 9.45pm: Finals – Second leg
10.00pm to 10.45pm: Final – Third leg
11.00pm: Presentations.
